The partners in the venture, Jim Clendenen, famed winemaker at Au Bon Climat, Peter Warrian, Professor of Economics at the University of Toronto and Scott Wilson, French Hornist and wine importer, combine our three voices from our different walks of life in harmony for the purpose of producing, from Italian varietals that flourish in the New World, bold, rich, flavourful wines with the structure to complement a wide range of foods and extend the pleasure of a meal,
whether simple or complex.
